Secrets of Armenia Foundation is organized exclusively for public, charitable, educational, and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The officers, directors, committee members, employees, students and persons served by this corporation shall be selected entirely on a nondiscriminatory basis with respect to age, sex, race, religion, national origin, and sexual orientation.
