Pianist Mikael Ayrapetyan performed the cycle of the great Kabbalah scholar Baal HaSulam "Melodies of the Upper Worlds". To study the works of the author's descendants made a timid first step only half a century after the death of the "Master of the stairs" (this is the meaning of the name Baal HaSulam). This name was given to Yehuda Leib Alevi Ashlag - the author of a number of books and articles that are used as textbooks on the teachings of Kabbalah.

Yehuda Leib Alevi Ashlag from an early age demonstrated his desire to learn the secrets of the universe — during his life he studied not only the majority of the works of Kabbalah, but also the General European philosophy. The works and knowledge Of the "Master of the ladder", which he dedicated to the disciples and followers of Kabbalah, helped to systematize the entire modern Kabbalistic methodology. Following the Jewish traditions that attach special importance to music as the strongest means of spiritual advancement of mankind, Baal HaSulam combined in the musical work "Melodies of the Upper Worlds" the high spiritual messages of ancestors of different eras and the human wisdom of several generations.
